Very bad customer’s service if i can can put zero star i will definitely put one. I received a wrong order and they didn’t care because they received the money and I told I would pay for the delivery company so i can receive the correct one and they didn’t not answer. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IT’S A WASTE OF MONEY AND EVEN THE QUALITY OS POOR

Very Unprofessional in dealing.Their grade and quality of product supply is good. But their Service and Customer comfort or confidence is very tiny. They do not honor or keep their words, they will only do things as per their convenience and own interest but also make you dance on their tune.Last year around April end 2019 I had myself visited their outlet in Deira next to Habib Bank and liked some items that I wanted to buy from them (not for free) as samples to get them approved from my end user clients, to which the person who attended me first all not bothered at all to give me any proper answer.Then again around 29th August 2019 and 3rd Sept. respectively I again myself visited the store again thinking lets give one more try as the quality and grade of their product is nice. Again I selected some items, this time I was ready to buy one to two Dozen in Mixed colors and sizes as a sample set, at that time also there was some problem with availability of 65% of the shortlisted items then. The samples set would come to about AED 400 to 480/- which I was ready to pay in full at that visit. But then the person at the store told me that he would like to collect the amount only once he is sure of the full stock being available with him from their warehouse. To which I said no issues I will come back again after two or three days (as I was going to be in UAE from some other work too). On 3rd September 2019 around 5pm I visited the store again and to my surprise I was told my delivery has been missed out by the warehouse and has not come. I was departing from Dubai back to my home station the following morning around 4am, so again had no luck to get any stuff from them.Around November 2019 I had a requirement for kids 100% Cotton T-shirts where I thought of proposing my Client of their apparel supply so I again started following with them by email as well as calls and whatsApp to which after about five days I did get a reply from them. For some reason the event of my client got postponed to Jan or Feb 2020 so things did not move from my side. Ultimately around 7th Jan 2020 my Client had a date on the event and so I restarted the follow up and communication from my side by email, WhatsApp and Calls when necessary. Really very unhappy and unsatisfied with their handling of the whole order and the way I got service from them.First they would not reply or revert an email in time till I would follow up or be pushy on them by call or whatsapp messages. My clients need actual samples of the final product so I asked them for samples that also they had so much hesitation and issues to send. Then some how their final price for the printed T-shirt was not coming uneconomical for me to budget it into the Clients budget given to me. So I bought plain unprinted T-Shirts from them and printed them in my workshop, which made the Final printed T-shirt cheaper for me that getting it printed from them. I was very unhappy and unsatisfied with them of always changing their agreed statements in regard to sending the cargo.It was my first purchase with them, so I wanted to make sure that I get the full right size stock as needed so I from the beginning of my communication I clearly conveyed to them in writting that I will Transfer them first 50% payment and the Balance 50% once I receive the full stock of around 380 T-Shirts as per size break up given. Which they agreed initially. Once I sent them the 50% advance of the stock then they said they will not send / dispatch the material till the balance 50% is remitted to them. Now I was stuck so in less than 13 or 15 hours I had to remit the balance 50% amount only after that they would dispatch the full T-shirt stock. As I also had to print and deliver the full stock to my client in less than a week in hand I had to work as they wanted to work with me.Would like to just say, make sure you have everything cleared in writing with them and supervised by yourself or the right person from your side as their Service is Pathetic unless you are yourself not involved with them.

Terrible experience with this shop. Nothing bespoke about their work. They used white thread to stitch up a black shirt, instructions need to be repeated 3 times to two different members of staff and the job would still not be as needed.
